    A live streamed therapeutic yoga class for pelvic health. A sequence of easeful and meaningful practices that begins with the felt sense of pelvis, folloed by breathing for relaxation and connection, gentle stretches for the pelvic floor, intelligent strength work for pelvic stability. We end with release & relaxation.
